Cooking Instructions:
Slow-Cooking: Season short ribs with salt, pepper, and herbs. Place in a slow cooker with vegetables, broth, and seasonings. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
Grilling: Preheat grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. Season ribs with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
Braising: Preheat oven to 160°C. Season ribs with salt, pepper, and herbs. Brown in a hot pan, then transfer to a braising dish. Add vegetables, wine, broth, and herbs. Cover and braise in the oven for 2.5-3 hours until tender.
