Cooking Instructions:
Slow-Cooking: Season gravy beef with salt, pepper, and herbs. Place in a slow cooker with vegetables and broth. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
Braising: Preheat oven to 160°C. Season beef with salt, pepper, and herbs. Brown in a hot pan, then transfer to a braising dish. Add vegetables, wine, broth, and herbs. Cover and braise in the oven for 2.5-3 hours until tender.
